Kristy Zadrozny is the founder of
The Village Wellness Project, which is a community of Holistic Health Practitioners in New York City. Kristy's work is geared towards nurturing her colleagues and clients so they can better serve their community in wellness. Her massages are designed to allow her clients to heal, as she enables them to go into a deeply relaxed, restorative place. Her specialties range from stress relief to injury prevention, blending the best of Swedish massage and the specific work of deep tissue, trigger point therapy. She is passionate about working with pregnant women and providing rehabilitative massage for the over-worked artists, healing arts practitioners, and athletes of New York City.
After years of specializing in Prenatal and Postnatal massage, Kristy's path lead her to become a Labor Doula. Combining her skills has proven to be invaluable to women throughout their pregnancies and labor. She is an advocate for a woman's right to have a healthy, positive birth experience in the environment of her choice.
Kristy is kind-hearted, compassionate, and professional. She has a BA in Anthropology which ultimately prepared her for the work she does today. She is a passionate entrepreneur and knows the best 24 hour coffee shops from her long waits for the babies of New York City. Kristy has been fortunate enough to have attended more than 60 births.
