 "It's difficult to put into words how Kristy has helped us.   We were at that turning-point of becoming a mother and a father to an incredible tiny being.  Letting her into our lives allowed us to have an incredible, rich experience of the last stages of pregnancy, our experience of the birth of Leila, and after her birth.  Kristy is remarkable - she was deeply attuned to our needs the whole way.  She is an incredible listener...  I was unsure of having a doula before meeting Kristy - mainly because I was nervous about having someone who would be so close to me, who would see my insecurities and fears...  As soon as I met Kristy I knew I wanted her to be there with me through it all, whatever was about to happen!  During labor, Kristy and my husband formed the most supportive team in the world.  Kristy supported me the whole way, distracting me when I needed it, focusing me when I needed it...  I couldn't have imagined a process more beautiful than that!  Leila was helped into the world by the best doula ever!"

" Our doula, Kristy Zadrozny was AMAZING.  I would say that the best gift I gave myself as a first-time mom-to-be was to get a doula.  She helped emotionally, physically, and spiritually on what was probably the toughest day of my life.  She helped my husband to know what to do while giving me so many natural coping mechanisms from start to finish.

"Kristy Zadrozny is a licensed massage therapist (which really helped
during contractions -- her touch helped to distract me from the pain),
and she includes a prenatal massage as part of her doula work. She
charges on a sliding scale, so if you were interested in
hiring a doula but felt like it was out of financial reach, I would
definitely recommend contacting her. From my initial meeting with her,
I knew that I wanted to work with her. She has done hospital births,
and this was her first homebirth. She was enthusiastic about helping
me to have a more positive experience than my first hospital delivery,
even going to a HypnoBirthing class with me. Kristy worked really well
with my midwives, my husband, and me, helping out with a wide variety
of tasks during labor and delivery as well as helping to clean up
after the birth and preparing food and drink after my son was born.
I'd be happy to answer any specific questions about her, but I highly
recommend Kristy and would definitely use her again!"

“My wife and I hired Kristy as a doula at the birth of our second child. The moment we met her at our first pre-natal interview, we saw that Kristy was kind, caring, and professional.
